Varasiddhi Vinayakar Temple, dedicated to Lord Ganesha known by the name
Varasiddhi Vinayaka, is located at Besant Nagar in Chennai. Other deities
worshipped here include Lord Muruga in the boy stature knwn as
Balasubramanyan, Sri Sathyanarayana Perumal, Sri Surya Narayanar, Lord
Dakshinamurthy, Gajakesari Lalithambikai and serpent god Nagaraja. It is
supposed that the deity fulfills the needs of the devotees, who offer
their worship here. This is one of the notable attractions in Chennai and
is one of the revered religious places Chennai.
